1. Singapore sling
Ingredients
- angostura bitters secukupnya saja
- 10 ml grenadine
- 7.5 ml dom benedictine
- 7.5 ml cointreau
- 15 ml lime juice
- 120 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml cherry brandy
- 30ml gin
Instructions
Campurkan semua bahan, dalam shaker, lalu kocok bersama dengan es. Tuangkan dalam Collins glass. Hias dengan garnish cherry dan potongan nanas.
2. Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
- maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the cherry.
3. Between the sheet
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz brandy
- 3/4 oz light rum
- 3/4 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- lemon twist for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lemon twist.
4. Tequila sunrise
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Tequila, white
- 1/2 oz. Grenadine
- 3 oz. Orange Juice
Preparation:
Add orange juice and tequila to a highball glass filled with ice. Splash grenadine on top, garnish with an orange slice and a cherry and a straw. Do not stir.
5. Blue Lagoon
Prepare skewer with a slice of Lime and Tangerine (or Tangelo), 4 Blueberries, and 1/4 Strawberry
In a 10 oz (285ml) Collins glass over ice:
Triple Satori
Juice of 1/4 Lime
Add 4-6 crushed Blueberries plus 2 Pineapple cubes, skewer
Top with Lemonade
Stir gently with skewe
6. Coral Reef
Easy version:In a 10 oz (285ml) Collins glass over ice:
Double 7th Heaven
Single Red Curacao or Peach Schnapps
Juice of 1/4 Lime
1 tspn Grenadine syrup
Top with lemonade
7. Starburst
Double Wildfern Manuka Blast
Double Bourbon NZ Old Busman Gold Label
Single lemon juice (or 1/2 Lemoncello)
Shake, then add Lemonade
8. Wild Mule
Single Wildfern Manuka Blast
Double Vodka
Single lime juice
Fill with ginger beer
Top with chopped mint and a lime wedge
